The Process
01 — The Consultation
We begin with a conversation. Through our detailed bespoke questionnaire and a personal consultation, we explore your story, your preferences, your vision, and the emotion at the heart of what you want to create. No chemistry knowledge required — just honesty about what moves you.
02 — The Composition
Working from your consultation, we compose an initial formula — a first interpretation of your story in fragrance form. Every material is selected with intention. Every note is chosen to serve the narrative.
03 — The Refinement
You experience the first version and we listen. Bespoke perfumery is a dialogue, not a monologue. We refine, adjust, and evolve the formula until it is unmistakably, completely right.
04 — The Final Creation
Your fragrance is blended, bottled, and presented in 4 Hearts Fragrances packaging — branded with your name, your occasion, or whatever makes it yours. You receive your formula on a keepsake card, so your scent can be recreated for as long as you wish.
05 — Yours Alone
Your formula is yours. We do not duplicate, reproduce, or sell your fragrance to anyone else. Ever.

Every fragrance at 4 Hearts — bespoke or collection — is created by hand in small batches, using carefully sourced aromatic materials from around the world. Our artisan perfumery training is rooted in the classical French tradition, with a deeply personal philosophy: that fragrance is not a product. It is a story. And every story deserves to be told with care.
