Our Story
Some journeys begin with a destination in mind.
Ours began with loss.
On December 10th, 2016, we lost Debra Connelly Caldwell — Debbie — to breast cancer. She was a woman of warmth, grace, and quiet strength. She was a devoted mother. And she was the love of my life.
Grief, as anyone who has known it understands, does not simply fade. It transforms. It searches for expression. It looks for ways to keep what was lost somehow present — woven into the everyday, carried forward into the living.
For me, that expression became fragrance.
I began studying perfumery not as a career path, but as an act of devotion — to create something worthy of her memory. Something that could capture, even briefly, the feeling of a presence that still lingers in every room I enter.
That first fragrance became Amore Perduto — Lost Love in Italian. It was never about heartbreak. It was about love that does not disappear. Love that transforms rather than fades. Love that stays with us, quietly shaping everything we are and everything we create.
The Four Hearts
Debbie is the first heart.
Our three children — her legacy, her light, her continuation — are the remaining three.
4 Hearts Fragrances exists because of them. Every bottle we create carries their names in spirit, and hers in intention.
The Love Trilogy
Our launch collection is dedicated entirely to Debbie.
